Freshfields advises Novartis on US$13bn sale of stake in consumer health JV to partner GlaxoSmithKline plc

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Novartis AG on the sale of its 36.5% stake in its consumer health joint venture with GlaxoSmithKline plc for US$13bn. Details of the transaction can be found here
