Freshfields honoured at ALB China Law Awards 2018
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has won recognition for its work in mainland China at the prestigious ALB China Law Awards 2018.Global Transactions partner Alan Wang was named Dealmaker of the Year in the ‘international’ category. In addition, the firm won a further three awards:
• Private Equity Law Firm of the Year in the ‘international’ category
• Equity Market Deal of the Year (for China Unicom’s mixed ownership reform)
• Technology, Media and Telecommunications Deal of the Year (also for China Unicom’s mixed ownership reform)
Commenting on the awards, Freshfields’ Asia managing partner Georgia Dawson said:
