Upon completion of the transaction, CVC Funds will acquire approximately a 30 per cent stake in the company from the existing shareholders. The Freshfields team acting on this complex transaction consisted of lawyers across several jurisdictions and practice groups. The transaction was led by partners Pervez Akhtar, Alex Mitchell and Charles Hayes, and counsel Saad Mian, with support from senior associates Graeme Semon, Peter Mason, Mehdi Ali, Kate Hatcher, and associate Jay Swain.
