Freshfields announces A Fresh Take: Insights on M&A, Litigation and Corporate Governance in the US

Freshfields today announced the launch of A Fresh Take: Insights on M&A, Litigation and Corporate Governance in the US.

The launch of this blog follows the increasing attention to Freshfields’ recent insights, including publication by our lawyers with the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, Law360, Deallawyers.com, The Columbia Law School Blog on Corporations & Capital Markets, The Deal, New York Law Journal and The Recorder, and referrals to these publications by organizations such as the Society for Corporate Governance Professionals, and related interviews with Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, and Law360, among others.

Ethan Klingsberg, head of US corporate and M&A, said: “Thought leadership is a long-held value of the firm and its clients. The depth and breadth of the insights from our multi-disciplinary teams serving clients based or transacting in the US deserves its own blog.  We are focused on a few narrow areas – corporate/M&A, governance, and related regulatory, enforcement, leveraged finance, litigation, IP, data privacy, employee benefits and restructuring. The depth and breadth of our support service for clients in these areas is reflected in A Fresh Take.”
