Freshfields has advised Penske Automotive Group, Inc. in its underwritten offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 3.50% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2025. Penske Automotive operates automotive and commercial truck dealerships principally in the United States, Canada and Western Europe, and distributes commercial vehicles, diesel engines, gas engines, and power systems principally in Australia and New Zealand.  The offering closed on August 20, 2020.
