Freshfields represents Americold in $1.74B acquisition of Agro Merchants Group from Oaktree Capital

Freshfields is representing its publicly traded REIT client, Americold (NYSE: COLD), in the US$1.74 billion acquisition of Agro Merchants Group, from Oaktree Capital as announced in the press release here.
