Freshfields advises Goldman Sachs on acquisition of Oikos Group

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer ('Freshfields') has advised Goldman Sachs as fund manager of West Street Capital Partners VIII on the acquisition of Oikos Group.
 
Oikos Group, which owns the Hanse Haus, Bien-Zenker and Living Haus brands, is one of Europe's leading providers of prefabricated houses. In addition to its core market Germany, Oikos is also active in Austria, Switzerland and Great Britain. It currently employs around 1,300 people and increased its turnover to over €400 million in 2020.
