Freshfields advises initial purchasers in DocuSign's $690m offering of Convertible Notes

Freshfields has advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as representatives of the initial purchasers, in an offering by DocuSign, Inc. of $690,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. The offering closed on January 15, 2021.

The Freshfields capital markets team consisted of partner Sarah Solum, counsel Jeremy Barr and law clerk Amy Fisher.
