Freshfields advises underwriters on $287.5 million IPO of Viant Technology
Freshfields advised the underwriters, led by BofA Securities and UBS Investment Bank, on the upsized initial public offering of 11,500,000 shares of Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market by Viant Technology Inc., including all shares subject to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares from the Company’s existing shareholders.Viant is a people-based advertising software company that enables marketers and their advertising agencies to plan, buy and measure their advertising across channels. The company is based in Irvine, California.
