Freshfields advises TriNet Group, Inc. in $500m private offering of senior notes and new revolving credit facility

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP has advised TriNet Group, Inc. in a private offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.5% senior notes due 2029, and on its new $500 million revolving credit facility. The offering and credit facility closed concurrently on February 26, 2021. The offering is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.

TriNet Group, Inc. is a large professional employer organization that provides small and medium-size businesses (SMBs) with full-service HR solutions tailored by industry.
