Freshfields represents Cazoo in $7B US De-SPAC

The Freshfields New York and London offices are leading in the representation of Cazoo in the sale of the company to a US SPAC at a purchase price that reflects an $8.1 billion equity value ($7 billion enterprise value) and includes a PIPE commitment for $800 million from some of the leading institutional investors in the US. Upon the closing of the transaction, Cazoo will be listed on the NYSE.
